Book your place

Bookings will open in winter 2025.

To book your place, you will need to register as a member or login to your account.

Please note that registering as a member does not constitute a booking. When you have registered, select "My Account" and go to the "My Bookings" section, where you will be able to book your place.

LILAC 2024 Conference costs (all prices include VAT)

• CILIP Individual Member/Speaker/Early Bird Rate – Full Conference (including networking and conference dinner) – £430
• Non Member Rate – Full Conference (including networking and conference dinner) – £480
• CILIP Individual Member/Speaker/Early Bird Rate – Day Delegate – £205
• Non Member Rate – Day Delegate – £225
• Networking Evening – £40

Accommodation must be booked on an individual basis and the LILAC organisers do not take responsibility for booking accommodation for delegates.

For information about setting LILAC up as a supplier on internal payment systems please email the Treasurer Jonas Herriot (help@lilacconference.com) for the necessary information. All invoices must be raised to against the “CILIP – Information Literacy Group”

Cancellation policy

• If you cancel your place up to 28 days before the conference, you will receive a full refund (minus a £20 admin fee).
• If you cancel 15-27 days before the conference, you will only receive a refund of 50% of the conference fee (minus a £20 admin fee). 
• If you cancel within 14 days of the start date of the conference you will not receive a refund.

If you are cancelling under exceptional circumstances you may be entitled to a full refund (minus the £20 admin fee). Please contact help@lilacconference.com in these cases to discuss further.

LILAC Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree to the LILAC Code of Conduct. The conference committee and organisers will enforce this code throughout the event. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

Photography Disclaimer

By attending LILAC you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos of you may be taken by our conference staff and/or photographers at any time. Furthermore, you grant the conference permission to use photographs and/or video of your likeness in any type of media, including websites and print publications, without compensation or reward.
